Our spring walking tour exploring the architectural legacy of our residential neighborhoods took place on June 12.
Led again by noted architectural historian David Kammer, the walk explored the 1926 College View Addition.
Walkers learned to “read” houses along the route and how to research the history of their house.
The walk lasted 2 hours and ended at a 1931 Mediterranean house on Hermosa NE where we saw how the owners have preserved the historic character of their unique house.
